It's Monday.... again! Yesterday was my 1st Wedding Anniversary so I didn't take results.
Weigh in for this week 112.9 kg with 47.0% body fat.
Results;
Weight - down 0.4 kgs Total - down 5.0 kgs
Body Fat - up 1.0% Total - down 1.5%
I think it's important to note a comment made in my latest blog, "The time has come".
This last month and a half without internet was really hard. I started lacking motivation, it was tough getting out of bed and I became addicted to watching TV and making excuses for exercise.
On top of realising that our financial position meant that I could no longer continue with paid classes for Yoga and Swimming, old thought patterns were creeping up on me. But then I remembered we had Pilates videos' saved on the TV so I started doing them, it was almost instant how much better I felt.
My point is... I think the reason my weight has hit a plateau this last month is a combination of; lack of exercise, finishing off the I Quit Sugar program and my body adjusting to fructose and natural sugars in maple syrup and honey, and holding on to negative energy.
Negative energy has such a huge impact on our bodies and the world around us at that time.
Here's to positive change!
