Originally when I started this blog my weekly result posts were more about being accountable to the world wide web than to myself.
I've decided to make some changes. Going forward I am only going to post results every six weeks in alignment with photos and now the new addition of measurements ("Finally" I hear you say!).
I haven't included the dates on each of the photos this time it is Week 1, Week 24 and Week 43.
As you can see I am far from week 24, but despite only being 2.3kg's from my original starting point, my body is still a lot healthier than it was when I started this journey.
I have a long way to get back to the 110.9 I was in week 28, but as those who've been following my journey will know, I had a 3 month slump over summer and lost my mojo, stopped exercising and haven't eaten as well as I could. Pity it happened over summer when there was plenty of time to enjoy the sunshine, oh well.
Onwards & upwards, no wait, or is it... downwards :-)
