Weight - up 0.2 kgs
Body Fat - a reduction of 3%
I'm pleased with this result despite the 0.2 kg increase in overall weight. I honestly can't remember a time (other than with a lap band) I've been under 46% body fat!
What did I do differently this week? I went back for a yoga on Thursday and back to aqua jogging on Saturday for a class. I hope to see a shift in weight next week as I continue with yoga and swimming at a constant pace moving forward.
