I'm doing a sneaky Saturday weigh in as we had "pre-planned" dinner and Chinese New Year celebrations planned for this afternoon/evening.
Weigh in for this week 115.5 kg with 47% body fat.
Weight - down 1.4 kgs Total - down 2.4 kgs
Body Fat - an increase of 1.5% Total - down 1.5%
I'm pretty pleased with this result!
What did I do differently this week? Not much. In fact, I did exactly the same amount of exercise as last week: 1 x Yoga + 1 x Swimming. Thursday's Yoga class was cancelled and Raphael rendered my right arm useless yesterday (instructed to take it easy for 2 - 3 days), so didn't get to swimming this morning either!
Food wise there was no fruit this week, no processed sugar. Except I did have two glasses of cider on Wednesday night as we had a "cheer up a friend" night which required alcohol!
