Our week started off strong. We ate some of the specific detox recipes from the #IQS Cook book (Week 5 is detox week) but then we commenced our move, on Wednesday night, and food wise it fell apart a bit. We did manage not to consume sugary foods but we did get take out and eat high carbohydrate meals for a good few days until my new kitchen was all set up!
