We decided to continue the #IQS Week 5 for another week given we didn't give it a good hard go last week. We continued making fresh juices and eating detox suitable meals. I do however think that the term "detox" should be used lightly in this circumstance. It's not structured in anyway, but check out the Recipe section to see what we made over the last week.
To give you guys a better visual of the progress I'm making here's the pictures side by side-ish.
To me the most obvious changes are from the front and back photos. I have a more defined waist and my "back boobs" have shrunk! Yes!
From the side photo's I think the "shelf" I carried on my hips/buttocks has softened.
Overall you can see that my skin is less rippled and pudgy.
Some other details are a bit harder to see given the two difference backgrounds and lighting. But going forward they will be taken in the same place, with plenty of natural light.
