So turns out our French Food lunch and sneaky ice-cream last weekend cost me. I've been unable to shake this weight all week. Despite going for a bike ride last Sunday and walking heaps this week.
My diet has been unhelpful this week. I was trying to save some money this week so I was having spelt toast with bits n pieces most lunches. We also had pies (that we bought at the market last weekend), I tried two cafe's in town and had broodjes (sandwiches) at both, we had take out one night (lazy) and we've been allowed fruit as part of the re-introduction of fructose. All in all I guess you could say I've had a high carbohydrate week and it didn't suit my needs.
This is the second time my body fat percentage has dropped dramatically over a week. Like last time I'm not going to assume this is not permanent, but that my body is slowly shifting fat to muscle. I expect it to balance out next week.
