Weigh in for this week 111.1 kg with 47% body fat.
Results;
Weight - down 1.4 kg Total - down 6.8 kgs
Body Fat - up 1.5% Total - down 1.5%
Back on to our Whole 30 Foods challenge this week after our week & 1/2 of splurging with family & friends.
The weight has nicely dropped off however my body fat has increased and I put that down largely to my inactivity this last two weeks.
I lost my mojo after eating "differently" for that period and my energy has only just started to come back this last two to three days so I hope to get back into the exercise this week.
