This week I had my Dad visiting from Australia so there was lots of eating out in Amsterdam and surrounds. Other than some wandering about Amsterdam and a bike ride out to our local fort (10k return) I didn't have a very active week.
I decided to stop the Ab Challenge. My neck and upper back have been really stiff and sore this last few weeks and I can only attribute this to the Ab Challenge. I should have known better as "Sit Ups" aren't good for you, they place large amounts of strain on the back and neck.
I essentially took the week off exercise to recover and hopefully let my aches and pains melt away on their own.
So, I haven't been able to maintain my weight this week but that's OK! :-)
I will get back onto the Whole 30 day Challenge this week and looking forward to it!
