We had a friend stay with us on the weekend so there was much alcohol and foodie things to be had. We didn't eat too badly but we ate a lot more than we normally would that's for sure!
We did get a lovely bike ride in to show our mate the town we live in. But other than that I didn't do any other exercise (there was also a planned rest day for the 30 day ab challenge).
Happy that I've maintained my weight and I'm intrigued by the body fat drop. So far the big drops haven't stuck around longer than a week.
This week I have my Dad visiting in Amsterdam so I'll be travelling to Amsterdam every day which means eating out for lunches and dinners, so I'm essentially (other than breakfast) having a week off from the 30 day Whole Foods challenge.
I will try to fit my 30 day ab challenge in each morning before I head to town.
