It's Monday... I kind of completely forgot yesterday
Weigh in for this week 111.9 kg with 46.0% body fat.
Results;
Weight - down 0.4 kgs Total - down 6.0 kgs
Body Fat - down 0.5% Total - down 2.5%
Ahhhh it's nice to finally mark it down as less than 112! I've been hovering < > for 9 weeks!
We ate pretty well this week. I got a good number of Pilates sessions into my week but not much walking due to the horrible weather we've been having.
I have downloaded an app onto my phone to remind me to stay hydrated, I think it's really helping. I can get really carried away with working, cooking or just generally being out and about and therefore forgetting to drink water, even when it's sitting right in front of me!
If you have a similar problem then I suggest trying this app "Drink Timer Free"
The reminder music is a bit annoying and the help section is in poorly translated English but other than that you can schedule in as many reminders as you need/want.
