I haven't been very kind to myself this week. What do I mean by that?
Well I haven't been having my warm lemon water with apple cider vinegar, I haven't been body brushing, I haven't been staying sufficiently hydrated and I don't think we ate enough green veggies this week.
I feel really sluggish, heavy and bloated as a result. Even though I know I've lost weight my body this week has not looked or felt like it has to me due to the aforementioned side-effects.
I did get in some pilates and some decent walks but it wasn't enough to combat everything else.
More greens and more self-kindness is my prescription this coming week.
