It's Sunday and time for the next round of progress photos. Not much change between Week 6 and Week 12. I think the high carb diet this last week bloated my tummy too as it's sticking out past my breasts again so I need to keep an eye on that going forward.
Weigh in for this week 113.3 kg with 46.0% body fat.
Results;
Weight - up 0.2 kgs Total - down 4.6 kgs
Body Fat - down 1.0% Total - down 2.5%
I did Pilates 4 days this week. I kept an eye on bad barb intake but didn't get many walks in.
Not much else to report this week other than like last week clothes feel different which is good!
