I did Pilates 5 days in a row! Continued watching bad carbs. Got in a few walks.
Despite the weight loss being slow I am noticing a change in my body in respect to how clothes are fitting. The jeans I bought at Christmas are getting too big. I was able to fit into a size 18 jeans I bought with me from Melbourne (City Chic allll the waaay)! That felt great! Some T-shirts I bought with me are also too baggy and look silly so I think I'll op-shop them or try to sell them as I've only worn them a hand-full of times.
It's going to be 19 - 20 degrees all week so I will ensure I increase the walking and catch some sunshine and time outdoors.
