Slowly dropping the weight I put on a few weeks ago on our French lunch-scapade.
I focused more on ensuring lunches and breakfasts were lower in bad carbs as I had been money conscious the previous week and been lazy with respect to carbs.
Don't get me wrong I'm not obsessed with "low carb diets", I just need to be mindful of them due to my PCOS.
I've changed from Yoga to Pilates as I can do this at home at the moment. So I was able to get 2 - 3 mornings of Pilates in this week which felt good. *I will go into more detail in another post.
