I find the process quite invigorating and enjoyable. It's like giving your skin some 1:1 time :-)

I was quite sad to note minimal change in the HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa). But perhaps it's too early to tell, I have had this since I was in highschool and it's only got worse since, so I shouldn't expect an overnight miracle!
I also need to admit to everyone I don't remember to do this everyday, especially on weekends. But doing it sometimes is better for you than not at all.
I think it is helping with my skins general appearance. If you look at the progress photos for weight you can see a remarkable difference in the rippling in the skin from the before and now photos. I know I have lost weight and I am nourishing my body with healthy food, but I also think the body brushing is helping my arms and thighs as well.
