Well until I read hers, I would never have chosen to eat avacado on toast, on it's own! Gross!
In her recipe she has it with Vegenaise and chilli flakes sans tomato.
How I make mine:
Fresh or Toasted spelt or other dark, gluten free bread. (I don't eat much bread)
Spread on the avocado.
Sprinkle lightly with cayenne pepper
Squeeze a little fresh lime juice
Thinly slice tomato (or half cherry tomatoes)
Grind fresh Himalayan salt to taste
