For some it may appear that I've fallen off the recipe review wagon.
Some of you will know that I embarked on a 30-day Whole Foods Challenge back on the 2nd of June.
I then extended this until the end of July due to a week and a half of visitors and eating out a lot at the end of June.
Essentially this means 8 weeks of no recipe reviewing for the blog. I have approached the author of the program and fingers crossed she will do a guest post for you all!
Personally though, this last week for me has been quite tumultuous in its highs and lows and today I broke down.
Therefore I am making a conscious decision to take the next month off from social media and my blog.
I need to take some much needed advice and take some time for myself.
Some of you are probably thinking "but you haven't been working" and you'd be partly right.
I've also allowed myself to be my own worst enemy and haven't given myself the love and attention I need on every level and have been making excuses for a lot of things.
Therefore I need to commit to "me" for a little while without the crazy world I've created for myself in this moment.
I need to make space for the little things as well as some really big things, some really heart driven items that I've let my head dictate.
It will probably be another 5 weeks before I'm back to 100% but in the meantime I will be sure to update the weekly progress results for you guys!
I look forward to all sorts of good stuff when I return from this little breather. Thank you for being such a wonderful community.
