I did this on Wednesday night and had some for breaky on Thursday. I still wasn't thrilled with the result, I found it really hard going to eat it all.
This morning, I added a few more drops of stevia and a teaspoon of vanilla extract to my leftover, stirring thoroughly.
I served it up with a dollop of Coyo and a sprinkle of slivered pistachios on top! Much better :-)
